SMEPI thus takes care of the complete production of your parts up to heat treatments and surface protection, from the definition of the specifications:

• Studies  : our design office supports you in the design of your part and brings you all its know-how.

• Prototypes  : depending on the case, unit models can be produced before moving on to industrialization.

• Raw materials  : we ensure the supply of materials, either by taking directly from our stocks, or by purchasing them from our suppliers  for rarer materials.

• Production  : SMEPI takes care of the complete production of your parts, in medium or small series.

• Assembly  : we can ensure the complete assembly of mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies. We can also purchase and manage parts related to these assemblies.

• Thermal and surface treatments  : we take care of all the treatments required for the production of your parts: zinc plating, bichromating, nitriding, chrome plating, nickel plating, sulfinizing, Dacromet®, etc.
