Depuis 15 ans (depuis 2000), SMEPI développe un savoir-faire reconnu en matière de mécanique industrielle de précision.

SMEPI réalise en effet selon les plans ou les cahiers des charges du client toute pièce d'usure et de sécurité ainsi que des ensembles ou sous-ensembles mécaniques spécifiques.

SMEP réalise tout particulièrement des pièces qui sont soumises à de fortes contraintes mécaniques ou d'ambiances : corrosion, abrasion, chaleur, froid ...

SMEPI travaille tous types de nuances : aciers alliés, aciers inoxydables, Monel®, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, bronze, cupro aluminium, etc ...

Since 2001, SMEPI has developed recognized expertise in precision industrial mechanics.

According to the customer's plans and specifications, SMEPI carries out all wear and safety parts as well as specific mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies and more precisely parts that are subjected to strong mechanical stresses or atmospheres: corrosion, abrasion, heat, cold ...

We work in all types of grades: alloy steels, stainless steels, Monel®, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, bronze, copper aluminum, etc.

SMEPI takes care of the complete realization of your parts until the thermal treatments and surface protection, of the definition of the specifications:

Studies : Our design office leads you in the design of your parts and brings you all its expertise.
Prototypes : Depending on the case, unit models can be made before moving on to industrialization.
Raw materials : We ensure the supply of materials, either by taking directly from our stocks, or by buying them from our suppliers for the rarer materials.
Production : SMEPI takes charge of the complete realization of your parts, in medium or small series.
Assembly : We can ensure the complete assembly of assemblies or mechanical subassemblies. We can also purchase and manage parts related to these assemblies.
Thermal and surface treatments : we take charge of all the treatments required for the production of your parts: zinc coating, dichromation, nitriding, chrome plating, nickel plating, sulfinization, Dacromet®, etc.
